1. Administrator danych
Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest Rewizje Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Frascati 4 lok. 2, 00-483 Warszawa, NIP 1133190520, REGON 543755330, KRS 0001217802 (dalej: „Galeria").

2. Zakres zbieranych danych
W zależności od celu kontaktu z Galerią, przetwarzamy następujące kategorie danych:
- Dane kontaktowe — imię, nazwisko, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, adres korespondencyjny.
- Dane identyfikacyjne (wybrane transakcje) — PESEL lub data i państwo urodzenia, seria i numer dokumentu tożsamości, obywatelstwo, adres zamieszkania — w zakresie wymaganym ustawą z dnia 1 marca 2018 r. o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu (Ustawa AML).
- Dane rozliczeniowe — NIP, nazwa firmy, adres rozliczeniowy, numer rachunku bankowego.
- Dane korespondencji — treść wiadomości, dokumentacja zapytań i ustaleń.
- Dane techniczne — adres IP, informacje o przeglądarce, dane z plików cookies (patrz pkt 8).
3. Cele i podstawy prawne przetwarzania
- Obsługa zapytań i kontakt handlowy — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO (działania przed zawarciem umowy, prawnie uzasadniony interes).
- Zawarcie i wykonanie umów (sprzedaży, komisu) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
- Obowiązki AML/KYC — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zw. z Ustawą AML.
- Obowiązki podatkowe i rachunkowe — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zw. z ustawą o rachunkowości i ustawami podatkowymi.
- Dochodzenie lub obrona roszczeń — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
- Marketing własny (newsletter) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO (zgoda), z prawem wycofania w każdym momencie.
4. Okres przechowywania danych
- Dane związane z zawartymi umowami — przez okres ich wykonywania oraz 5 lat po zakończeniu (obowiązki podatkowe/rachunkowe), a w zakresie roszczeń — do upływu terminu ich przedawnienia.
- Dane AML/KYC — 5 lat od zakończenia stosunków gospodarczych lub przeprowadzenia transakcji okazjonalnej (art. 49 Ustawy AML); dokumentacja może być przedłużana o kolejne 5 lat na żądanie Generalnego Inspektora Informacji Finansowej.
- Zapytania bez zawarcia umowy — do zakończenia korespondencji, nie dłużej niż 12 miesięcy.
- Dane newsletterowe — do wycofania zgody.
5. Odbiorcy danych
Odbiorcami danych mogą być:
- biuro rachunkowe prowadzące księgowość Galerii (na podstawie umowy powierzenia),
- dostawcy usług IT — hosting, poczta elektroniczna, system księgowy (Saldeo),
- podmioty świadczące usługi prawne i audytowe,
- operatorzy pocztowi i kurierskie,
- organy państwowe — wyłącznie w zakresie wynikającym z przepisów prawa (GIIF, US, KAS, policja).
6. Przekazywanie poza EOG
Galeria co do zasady nie przekazuje danych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy. Wyjątek stanowić może korzystanie z usług dostawców chmury lub poczty, których serwery znajdują się w USA — w takich przypadkach stosujemy standardowe klauzule umowne (SCC) lub inne mechanizmy zgodne z art. 46 RODO.
7. Prawa osób, których dane dotyczą
Przysługują Państwu następujące prawa:
- dostępu do danych (art. 15 RODO),
- sprostowania danych (art. 16 RODO),
- usunięcia danych (art. 17 RODO) — z ograniczeniami wynikającymi z obowiązków AML i podatkowych,
- ograniczenia przetwarzania (art. 18 RODO),
- przenoszenia danych (art. 20 RODO),
- sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania (art. 21 RODO),
- wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie (dla przetwarzania opartego na zgodzie),
- wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
8. Pliki cookies
Serwis rewizje.art korzysta wyłącznie z plików cookies niezbędnych do jego działania (m.in. sesji, preferencji językowych). Nie stosujemy cookies marketingowych ani analitycznych wymagających odrębnej zgody.
9. Zmiany polityki
Niniejszy dokument może ulec zmianie. Bieżąca wersja dostępna jest zawsze pod adresem rewizje.art/polityka-prywatnosci.html. Data ostatniej aktualizacji wskazana jest na początku dokumentu.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Rewizje Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Frascati 4 lok. 2, 00-483 Warsaw, NIP 1133190520, REGON 543755330, KRS 0001217802 (hereinafter: the "Gallery").

2. Scope of data collected
Depending on the purpose of your contact with the Gallery, we process the following categories of data:
- Contact data — first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address.
- Identification data (selected transactions) — PESEL number or date and country of birth, identity document type and number, citizenship, residential address — to the extent required by the Act of 1 March 2018 on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (the AML Act).
- Billing data — NIP (tax ID) number, company name, billing address, bank account number.
- Correspondence data — message content, documentation of enquiries and arrangements.
- Technical data — IP address, browser information, data from cookies (see point 8).
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Handling enquiries and commercial contact — Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, legitimate interest).
- Conclusion and performance of contracts (sale, consignment) — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- AML/KYC obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the AML Act.
- Tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the Accounting Act and tax acts.
- Pursuing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Own marketing (newsletter) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), with the right to withdraw at any time.
4. Data retention period
- Data related to concluded contracts — for the period of their performance and 5 years after their completion (tax/accounting obligations), and as regards claims — until their limitation period expires.
- AML/KYC data — 5 years from the end of the business relationship or from carrying out an occasional transaction (Article 49 of the AML Act); the documentation may be extended by a further 5 years at the request of the General Inspector of Financial Information.
- Enquiries without a contract — until the correspondence ends, no longer than 12 months.
- Newsletter data — until consent is withdrawn.
5. Data recipients
Data recipients may include:
- the accounting office keeping the Gallery's books (on the basis of a data processing agreement),
- IT service providers — hosting, e-mail, accounting system (Saldeo),
- entities providing legal and audit services,
- postal and courier operators,
- state authorities — solely to the extent resulting from the law (General Inspector of Financial Information, tax office, National Revenue Administration, police).
6. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, the Gallery does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. An exception may be the use of cloud or e-mail providers whose servers are located in the USA — in such cases we apply standard contractual clauses (SCC) or other mechanisms compliant with Article 46 GDPR.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the following rights:
- access to your data (Article 15 GDPR),
- rectification of data (Article 16 GDPR),
- erasure of data (Article 17 GDPR) — with limitations resulting from AML and tax obligations,
- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
- objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR),
- withdrawal of consent at any time (for processing based on consent),
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
8. Cookies
The rewizje.art website uses only cookies necessary for its operation (including session and language-preference cookies). We do not use marketing or analytical cookies that would require separate consent.
9. Changes to the policy
This document may change. The current version is always available at rewizje.art/polityka-prywatnosci.html. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
